The award is backed by the European Commission to promote best practices and success stories of dynamic growth companies that have accessed European capital markets through an Initial Public Offering. This is one of the four award categories of the “European Small and Mid-Cap Awards" organized by EuropeanIssuers and FESE, in cooperation with the European Commission’s DG GROWTH.
The aim of the Award is to highlight the best European small and mid-sized companies to encourage more companies to access public capital markets.
Scatec Solar (SSO) has ongoing solar power projects in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia. SSO is a mini United Nations, with employees comprising 30 different nationalities.
The Awards will be presented in Brussels on December 9.
