Correction of dates in previous stock exchange release: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Scatec Solar ASA

Oslo, April 13, 2016: Reference is made to the proposal for the annual general meeting’s resolution to distribute a dividend, included in the notice for the annual general meeting to be held 4 May 2016 as disclosed in a separate notification on 13 April 2016. The following key dates for the dividend are proposed by the board of directors:

  • Dividend amount: NOK 0.66 per share
  • Declared currency: NOK
  • Last day including right: 4 May 2016
  • Ex-date: 6 May 2016
  • Record date: 9 May 2016
  • Payment date: 15 June 2016
  • Date of approval: 4 May 2016
