Scatec Solar ASA: Purchases in the IPO by primary insiders

Reference is made to the announcement made public by Scatec Solar ASA (“Scatec Solar” or the “Company“) on 1 October 2014 regarding the completion of the bookbuilding for the initial public offering of shares of the Company (the “Offering“).

Board member Mari Thjømøe, through the controlled company Thjømøe Kranen AS, has purchased 13 157 shares in the Offering. Subsequent to the Offering, Tjømøe, together with consolidated parties own 13 157 shares in the Company, representing 0.001%.

Line Berntsen, wife of Torstein Bernsten, the Company’s Executive Vice President Product & Asset Management, has purchased 895 shares in the Offering. Through the controlled company Belito AS, Torstein Berntsen holds, directly and indirectly 798,148 shares in the Company. Subsequent to the Offering, Torstein Berntsen, together with consolidated parties own 799,043 shares in the Company, representing 0.85%.

Neither Mari Thjømøe nor Torstein Berntsen or any of their consolidated parties own any other shares or rights to shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
